Finda Charged Me After I Canceled My Subscription

I have been experiencing a problem with my Finda subscriptions for about a month. I had subscriptions with Goandfind. digi (reference Uvsk39) and finda.net (reference Do1ul), which I requested to cancel. After I sent an email to cancel, I received a message stating that the subscriptions were successfully canceled. Despite this confirmation, Finda continued to take money from my account by card. An amount of R750 was charged by Goandfind. Digi and another R750 were charged by finda.net, for a total of R1,500, even though I had already canceled. I request a full refund of the R1,500 that was taken after cancellation and written confirmation that all related subscriptions are permanently canceled so that no further amounts will be deducted from my account.
