My Zara Order Never Arrived. Delivery Confirmation but No Package
Hello, I have an ongoing issue with my Zara order number 5373*****28, which shows as delivered on June 14th, but I never received it. I've been trying to contact Zara Turkey's customer service team for 8 days now, but no one has responded to my inquiries. They keep logging my requests, but there's been no progress on resolving the issue.
What's particularly frustrating is that I was supposed to receive this order before the holiday break, but the package is still nowhere to be seen. I'm concerned about what happened to my items and disappointed by the lack of communication from Zara's team.
This situation is especially inconvenient as I had planned to wear these clothes during the holiday. Now, not only am I without the items I paid for, but I'm also left in the dark about what's going on with my order.
