Ferroli Refuses to Replace My Faulty Bluehelix Trio 24-c Boiler After 6 Failures
Our Ferroli Bluehelix Trio 24-c combi boiler, which we started using in April 2023, is not being replaced by Ferroli despite repeated failures. Although it was said to be a simple and trouble-free model, it has failed 6 times in less than two years; all sensors and cards have been replaced; this time it is said that the fan needs to be changed. There is no other replaceable part of the boiler left! Since we live in a small town far from the center, it is very difficult to reach the technical service; for example, they cannot come this weekend, so we have to sit in the cold until Monday! The customer representatives do nothing to solve the problem even though they can see the previous fault records. Ferroli is definitely not a brand that stands behind its product.
Since I wrote this complaint at the beginning of February, the boiler has broken down three more times. The technical service always came after making us wait and postponing—meanwhile, since our warranty period expired, we also started paying for the service—and they were never able to solve the problems. Once again, in the middle of winter, even though they came just a month ago, the boiler broke down again because they couldn’t fix the issues. The service technician told me that he needed to learn the error code from me and order a part, but that part hasn’t arrived for days, and when I complained on the phone about sitting in the cold, he hung up on me. Ferroli customer service does not answer the phones. I am at a loss as to what to do in the middle of winter.
