Ferroli Boiler Exploded, Unresponsive Customer Service Turned Winter Into Torture

Our Ferroli brand boiler exploded somewhere inside, our closed balcony was flooded with water and we started the day with swollen furniture. Naturally, I called Ferroli customer service. On Saturday, a record was opened and they gave me a number to get day and time information (0212 424 41 49) I called the phone, a lady who answered the phone as sir told me that they could come on Monday. I said, lady, how can we stop until Monday on a winter day, I said if you direct me today. She told me that unfortunately, they left the region, if you call early, we would try to arrange it, I'll take a look and if I can still send it, I will send it. Of course, no one called or came. We had to go to my parents' house because we were cold at home. We said that they would call anyway and we would say come at this time. At 9:30 in the morning, the service personnel called and said it was 10 minutes away. I said that we could be at home after 3 hours, we could not stay at home in winter. He told me that he could not wait for me, that he would come tomorrow at the earliest, that he could not give me a time, that his work was not certain, that he would leave the region, that he would not come for us, that it was winter, and when I reminded our victimization, he told me that we were busy because it was winter. I called the customer service again and they also made a call, this time, the unresponsive service, who said that they could not even give a time, could not come today, gave me a time interval for tomorrow. An interesting service that does not even care about their own headquarters. In summary, even if you buy a combi boiler in an unknown brand, you will not experience this victimization, you will receive service even on the weekend during the winter months. Will these guys come and look like human beings? I don't think so. Ferroli is a regret!
