High Fees and Delivery Issues with FedEx on Alibaba Bag Order

I recently ordered a bag from Alibaba.com for $36, with an additional $50 shipping and tax fee, totaling $86. However, upon arrival in Turkey, FedEx placed the package in a storage facility in Istanbul, even though I’m located in Ankara. FedEx has informed me that I must retrieve it myself or hire a brokerage service, which they claim would cost nearly $1000—an outrageous fee compared to the item’s actual price. Despite paying all initial fees, FedEx is pushing for additional, excessive charges and won’t deliver to my location. My supplier is even considering destroying the items due to this issue. I am extremely dissatisfied with FedEx’s handling and their attempt to impose unreasonable fees.
