FedEx Lost My Urgent Document from South Africa and Blamed Others

I sent an urgent and critical document from South Africa, and I believe FedEx lost it. Instead of taking responsibility for their inadequate service, they attempted to shift the blame onto Aras Kargo. This is not only unprofessional but also highly offensive, as I did not choose Aras Kargo—FedEx did.

The lack of accountability and the poor handling of this situation have caused me immense stress and inconvenience. Your negligence has left me in an extremely difficult position, and rather than owning up to the error, you simply pass the blame onto a third-party company.

I will never use FedEx again and will advise everyone I know to avoid your services. Furthermore, I plan to share this awful experience across social media platforms. Your service was unprofessional, inadequate, and unethical. FedEx should be ashamed of itself.
