I Lost Business Because Aras Kargo Delivered My File Wrongly
A file (containing Power of Attorney) was sent to me by the insurance company to be delivered via Aras Cargo on 03.06.2025. Your courier jammed the cargo that came to me into the door of another address and left it at another address without informing me, without getting any signature or delivery code. My cargo was not delivered to me and could not reach me. Despite our calls, the cargo cannot be found. It is lost. Despite my repeated calls, your Branch Directorate and Customer Services are not doing anything about this situation. I have a commercial loss because I will be registering as an agency by performing a deferment transaction with the power of attorney in the cargo. and this loss is increasing every day. It is not acceptable for the cargo to be left at another address without informing me and not to be found. Your company Aras Cargo does not comply with our slogan "It is important". Because nothing has been done for my cargo that has been missing for 11 days. Feedbacks that I have opened from your company are also being returned.
As of 23.06.2025, my cargo is still missing and no action has been taken yet. I was only told that a call was made and that they are following up on the issue, but there has been no progress or action taken.
