Aras Kargo Delayed Deliveries and Poor Customer Service

I am writing to express my frustration with the ongoing delivery problems I face with Aras Kargo. The delays are one thing, but the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of your staff makes matters worse. For instance, a shipment sent on January 18 still hadn’t been delivered to Seferihisar from Bornova as of January 21. Your employees blame “high volume” but are visibly spending time on WhatsApp and smoking instead of working.
When I inquired about my package’s arrival, I was met with a careless “maybe Friday” response and irrelevant excuses like “X was bitten by a dog.” Despite explaining the urgency of my package and having to leave my baby to visit the branch, I received no solution or accountability.
Customer service stated that my shipment was dispatched to Seferihisar at 7:00 AM, yet the branch staff denied this, claiming it wasn’t there. This lack of coordination and consistent mismanagement is unacceptable. When I attempted to escalate my complaint, I was told the branch manager was unavailable after 5:00 PM.
This has happened repeatedly with my deliveries. Your staff’s inefficiency and lack of customer focus are highly disappointing. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and implement proper systems to avoid such chaos in the future.

No one contacted me. I explained the process and then someone was directed for the cargo delivery. I received no feedback regarding my dissatisfaction with the process and the behavior of the staff.
