FedEx Lost My Commercial Shipment and Won’t Provide a Solution

As a customer of FedEx, I am reporting the loss of my commercial shipment (tracking number: 390952632), which was supposed to be delivered to my company, Consultra, at our Istanbul address. The package was sent by Autexıer/FR on 02/17/2025 but never arrived within the promised timeframe. Despite multiple inquiries, FedEx has failed to provide a clear answer about the shipment’s whereabouts or offer a concrete solution.
This loss has disrupted our business operations and caused financial damage. FedEx’s failure to ensure security during transit and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand that my package be found and delivered immediately or that I receive full compensation for my loss. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this issue through legal action!
