I sent an international shipment to Germany via FedEx through Navlungo, handed over to the courier in Denizli on 18.02.2026. This is the second time my package has been lost. The tracking number of my latest shipment is 888831116919. Although the package was received by the courier, there has been no movement in the tracking information since that date. Previously, another shipment I sent to Germany was also lost and compensation was paid for that loss. Despite this experience, I used the same service again, but now I am facing the same problem with a new shipment. Each time I contact FedEx and Navlungo customer service, I only receive standard answers such as that the issue is under investigation and being checked, and that I will be called back, but there is no concrete result or clear information. I request that my package with tracking number 888831116919 be urgently located and delivered to the recipient in Germany as soon as possible. If the package is definitively lost and cannot be delivered, I demand a full refund of the shipment fee and that the compensation process be initiated without delay.
