FedEx Has Kept My Package Stuck in Istanbul for 15 Days After Customs Payment

I ordered something from Italy, and it got to Istanbul in just three days. But it has been sitting there for fifteen days without being sent to Tekirdağ. The payment for customs was made and cleared on September 20, so there shouldn't be any more delays there. Even so, my package is still stuck in Istanbul, and I haven't heard anything new or clear about why it's taking so long. This is crazy. Something that got into the country so quickly can't be held up for this long. I really need my gift right away, and I expect it to be sent right away. It's quite disappointing to get this kind of service after everything seemed to be going well at first.
