I Face Delivery Delay with Shein Order Stuck at Airport for Days

I placed an order on Shein with tracking number PALTR0001903210YQ and paid ₺371.72, which included shipment insurance. The delivery address is in Şarköy, Tekirdağ, and the estimated delivery window was between August 18 and August 28. However, my order has been stuck at the airport for the past five days without any movement or update.

During this time, the only communication I received from Shein was a generic estimated delivery range, with no further explanation or status details. This is my first purchase from Shein, and I did not expect to face such a delay right from the start.

I request Shein to ensure faster delivery of my order and provide clear, timely updates on its status so that I can be assured my purchase is on the way.
