My Shein package arrived in Turkey on September 19, but it’s been four days, and it still hasn’t cleared customs. The total cost, including shipping, is over €30, and I’m concerned that it’s stuck in customs. If my order has been held up, I want my items returned immediately. I’m ready to provide any necessary photos or documentation to help resolve this issue. I expect Shein to take action and address this delay as soon as possible. This has been a frustrating experience, and I need a prompt solution before this situation drags on any longer. Please resolve this matter quickly.
