FedEx Delays Delivery of Legal Documents to North Macedonia Without Updates
I sent an A4-sized package containing important legal documents via FedEx to North Macedonia, but instead of delivering it, FedEx has been sending me daily apology messages saying, "We plan to deliver your package tomorrow. We apologize for the delay." Beyond these automated messages, no action has been taken, and no one seems to know the status of my package.
When I try to contact customer service, I receive no response, and my complaint emails go unanswered. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable.
FedEx, where is my package, and why haven’t you delivered it? I demand an immediate resolution and the prompt delivery of my package without further excuses.
