My 17-Day FedEx Nightmare - Unresolved Delivery to Macedonia

It's been 17 days, and FedEx, a well-known brand worldwide, still hasn't been able to deliver a file to Macedonia! Seventeen entire days! Even though they are the main carrier, they won't give us information because we go through a middleman courier. This middleman, called Kargomkolay, is giving us problems for the second time. They couldn't even bring us 20 samples, each weighing less than a kilo, from the Netherlands, which was our first task. I was really looking forward to seeing things get better over the last year, but unfortunately, the situation hasn't changed at all. The middleman and the primary company refrain from pointing fingers and neglect to share information. Even the most basic question, "where's my package?" gets no response from either company. I sure hope my package is located before it goes missing. Right now, the package is traveling around the world: France, Israel, back to France, back to Israel, and finally seen in Cologne. I'll keep you posted on any new updates.

Look at you. Apparently, you went to the relevant country but the documents couldn't be processed there, what a shame... "Our discussions with FedEx are ongoing. They state that the package has been transferred to the relevant country, but it appears that the package has not been processed there."

The company sent the shipment back to France again and again after 2 days. Isn't it a perfect situation? The tracking form of the shipping company says "arrived quickly" in the Turkish translation, and it must have arrived at the speed of light.

Sure, here is the translation: "Yes, the shipment first went to Romania and then to Bulgaria. I think they are getting closer, what do you think?"
