Apple Return Delayed Due to FedEx Miscommunication and Poor Service

I have an Apple product return scheduled for pickup via FedEx, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. I was initially told the courier would arrive on Friday morning between 9-10 AM. I waited until 10:30 AM, but no one showed up. Around 11 AM, a FedEx courier called, saying they usually come to my area between 10-11 AM and offered to reschedule for Monday between 10-11 AM. I agreed.

Today is Monday. At 11 AM, I called the same number (05332**) to check the status. I spoke to F* D****, who rudely told me no such time slot was given. Instead of providing a clear update, he dismissed my concern, saying he could come any time until 5 PM and that I should just wait all day. When I asked for a specific time, he replied, "You decide, don’t wait then."

This is unacceptable. I have been trying to return this item since Friday, and the refund process is already slow. Apple and FedEx need to improve their coordination and customer service immediately. I expect a proper pickup time and a resolution without further delays.
