Apple and TNT Express Are Making My Return Process Difficult and Frustrating
I am facing a return issue with Apple. After submitting a return request on Friday, I was informed that the courier would contact me on Monday or Tuesday. However, the courier company, TNT, made only one call on Monday morning, which I missed because I was in a class. When I try to call back, I am told it’s a different department, and they cannot connect me. Apple has also stated that they cannot arrange for the product to be collected directly from me. It feels as though the return process is being made deliberately difficult and exhausting. I intend to pursue my rights and will continue contacting TNT daily until they resolve this matter. My return code is HAF2064721.
