UPS Failed to Deliver My Apple Order and Falsely Claimed I Refused Delivery
I ordered a product through Apple Online, which was supposed to be delivered by UPS Turkey. Despite providing all my details correctly, my package has not been delivered all week due to what they call 'incomplete information.' I repeatedly contacted both Apple and UPS, trying to get the issue resolved. Yesterday, a UPS Turkey courier arrived at my address, claiming the package was 'suspicious' and asked for ID. As I went to retrieve my ID, the courier rudely gestured and drove off, stating he didn't have time to wait, which was very unprofessional and left me embarrassed in my workplace. When I called UPS to complain, I was assured the package would be delivered today. After waiting all day, I discovered my package was being returned without my consent. I've been using someone else's charger for a week now, all because I trusted Apple and UPS! To make matters worse, the status now says 'customer refused delivery,' which is entirely untrue. This is an absolute disappointment, and I feel like I paid only to be mistreated.
