I’m convinced that Fastformation.co is the worst service provider in Turkey. They make promises they never fulfill, don’t answer calls, and rarely reply to messages.
I was referred to this company by another consulting firm for a VAT exemption service. It has now been 1 year and 2 months since I purchased the service, and the exemption still hasn’t been granted. They failed to deliver everything they promised.
For a while, they used to reply to my messages once a day or every two to three days, but even that has stopped. It’s been a full week since my last message, and I haven’t received any response. After being strung along for months with constant excuses and delays, I’ve finally lost all patience.
I wish they had just been honest from the start and admitted they wouldn’t complete the service — it would have saved me so much time and frustration.
