On September 1, 2025, I purchased N&D White Fish with Spirulina Mini Puppy Dog Food (1.5 kg) from Petburada.com, order number 495KQ4273A. When the product arrived, I immediately noticed differences in the packaging, smell, and kibble size compared to the genuine versions I’ve bought before.
I have two dogs and have been using this brand for years, so I’m very familiar with the product’s usual characteristics. The package was much harder to open than usual, and the kibble color, texture, and scent were noticeably different. My dog even refused to eat it, which has never happened before.
I also scanned the barcode for Farmina’s Genius Rewards program, and it was accepted by the system, but despite that, I am concerned that the contents of the bag may not be authentic.
So far, I have not contacted Farmina or Petburada.com customer service, but I would like the authenticity of this product to be verified. If the product is confirmed to be counterfeit or defective, I request a full refund or replacement.
