Metal Object Found Inside Farmina Nd Dog Food

I found a metal, sharp object embedded inside the Farmina Nd brand dog food. If I hadn't noticed it, my dog could have eaten it and potentially died. We wouldn't have even known why. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Thankfully, we narrowly avoided a tragedy.

How can such negligence occur? What kind of company is this? Is there no oversight at all? Under what conditions are these foods produced? You're playing with our children's lives, plain and simple. I've lodged complaints with the appropriate authorities, and I will pursue my rights to the fullest.
