Farmasi New Generation Pomegranate Package Has Too Many Lip Products

I purchased Farmasi’s “New Generation Pomegranate Package,” and the products were delivered to me on August 7, 2026. When I reviewed the contents of the package, I noticed that 4 of the 8 products were lip products. I expected a package like this to contain a wider variety of different products, so I was disappointed that it consisted mainly of lip products. I also found the shades of the lipsticks included in the package to be quite unsuitable and impractical for everyday use.

I request that the contents of the package be made more balanced and diversified with different types of products and, if possible, that some of the lip products be replaced with other products. Regarding the lipstick shades, I would also appreciate being given the option to exchange them for more practical shades that are suitable for everyday use.

I expect Farmasi to provide the necessary support to resolve the dissatisfaction and inconvenience I have experienced.
