Farmasi Acne Cream Causes Skin Discoloration

I was very dissatisfied with the acne treatment skincare cream I purchased online from Farmasi. Shortly after I started using the product, I developed discoloration on my skin on August 1, 2026, and I could not understand why this happened.

Because of this negative experience, I requested a return, but my return request was rejected. I have been inconvenienced both by the discoloration that developed on my skin and by the company's failure to stand behind the product.

I paid approximately $10 for this product, and I request that my return be accepted and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me. I also request that the product be thoroughly investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing similar problems.
