Clinique Online Order Arrives Without Promised Mini Lipstick and Mascara Gift Set
My Clinique online order dated 06.26.2026, order number 7071198159, arrived today. When I checked it after receiving the package, I saw that the promotional products the system had automatically added to my cart were not included in my package. When I placed the order, a Mini Almost Lipstick in Black Honey, 1.2 g, and a Mini Black Mascara, 3.5 ml, listed as the "Clinique Favorites Set," had been added to my cart as a promotion; however, they were not sent to me. I am requesting that this promotional set, which was automatically added to my order, either be sent to me as promised, or that my grievance be resolved through an equivalent solution.
