Farmasi Keeps Discontinuing My Favorite Lipsticks

One of the main reasons I became a Farmasi member was to buy the same products I like at affordable prices on a regular basis. Unfortunately, over the past year, I've become increasingly disappointed because many lipstick products have been renamed, reformulated, or discontinued.

The biggest issue is with the matte liquid lipsticks. Only a handful of shades are still available, and whenever I find a color I truly love, it soon gets renamed, reformulated, or disappears entirely. I want to repurchase the same lipstick every time I place an order, and when friends compliment it and ask what I'm wearing, I'd like to recommend it with confidence. Instead, I often discover that the exact product is no longer available, making it impossible to stay loyal to my favorite items or recommend them to others.

I'm also disappointed with the quality of Farmasi's perfumes. Considering their prices, I don't believe the performance or longevity meets expectations. At the same time, product prices have increased rapidly and frequently, while the consistency of the product lineup has declined. The combination of higher prices and constant product changes defeats the reason I became a Farmasi member in the first place.

I would like Farmasi to continue producing its most popular lipstick shades, notify members well in advance before discontinuing products, and avoid making such frequent and significant changes to its product lineup. If this pattern continues, I will seriously consider canceling my Farmasi membership because I no longer feel the brand offers the consistency I expected.
