Farfetch Charges Excessive Customs Fees and Refuses to Process Refund

Farfetch and UPS claim that the return shipment has been waiting in customs for over 1.5 months. They only deliver packages when it suits them. They're demanding we pay more in customs fees than what we paid for the product itself. When we applied for a refund, they dragged out the process. We request that this issue be resolved—it's been 1.5 months.
