Around April 22, 2026, I signed up for a trial subscription to FamRadar directly through the company’s official website. After the trial period ended, I noticed that $49 began being charged from my account every month without my clear consent or proper authorization.
So far, this charge has already been processed twice over the past two months. I consider these recurring charges unauthorized and unfair, and I am extremely dissatisfied that the subscription continues to renew in this manner without transparent confirmation.
Today, I contacted FamRadar customer support by email regarding this issue, but I have not yet received any response or assistance.
I request that all future charges related to FamRadar services be stopped immediately and that at least the most recent monthly charge of $49 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
