FamRadar Subscription Still Active After Multiple Cancel Attempts
I purchased a FamRadar subscription on March 20, 2026, for 8.99 and was also charged an additional 1.25 on the same date, according to my bank records. After that, my bank shows a further charge of 49.99 on March 23, 2026, and 59.98 on April 20, 2026. I have been trying to cancel my FamRadar subscription, but have not been able to do so. I attempted to cancel the subscription both through the FamRadar app settings and via my Apple account’s subscription section, but the subscription still remains active, and I continue to be charged. I also tried to reach support, but so far, I have not received any response. I request that my FamRadar subscription be cancelled immediately and that the amounts of 49.99 charged on March 23, 2026, and 59.98 charged on April 20, 2026, be refunded to me. I expect the subscription to be fully terminated so that no further charges are made to my account.
