Famradar Subscription Not Canceled – Still Billing Monthly Fees

I signed up for the Famradar monthly premium subscription with a 7‑day free trial starting on March 3, 2026. Before the free trial ended, I cancelled the subscription through the app, but despite this, I am still being charged. I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own, and I have not yet received any support from the company because I have not contacted them directly before writing this complaint. I do not want to continue using the premium service, and I do not accept the ongoing charges after cancellation. I request that my Famradar monthly premium subscription be cancelled immediately and that all charges made after the end of my 7‑day free trial be fully refunded to me. I also ask for written confirmation once the cancellation and refund have been processed.
