If FamRadar automatically charges a subscription after the trial period ends without notifying you, it’s best to act immediately. Here’s how you can address the situation:

• Review the trial’s terms and conditions: check whether automatic renewal after the free period was clearly disclosed. If there was no clear notice, you have grounds to file a complaint.

• Look for FamRadar’s support or contact section: check their official website or the app for options like “Contact,” “Help,” or “Support.” Send a message explaining that you did not authorize the renewal and are requesting cancellation and a refund.

• Provide clear details: mention the date you started the trial, when it was supposed to end, state that you did not authorize continuation, and request a reversal of the charge.

• If you paid via the App Store or Google Play, use their refund system: submit a refund request from your purchase history stating that it was an unwanted automatic renewal; these platforms often reverse charges in such cases.

• If FamRadar does not respond, contact your bank or card issuer: explain that it was an unauthorized charge after cancellation and request a chargeback.

• Leave a public record of your experience: sharing your case on Xolvie can warn other users and help apply pressure for fair resolutions.

Today, an amount of $49.99 was taken from my Visa card for a payment shown as “Famradar” even though I did not knowingly approve any such payment. I live in Kuwait and this card belongs to my father, so this situation is very serious for me because it is his money. Around four months ago, I tried what was presented as a free trial with Famradar. After that, I already complained about unwanted charges and I spoke with my bank. The bank told me to cancel the subscription, but there is no visible subscription for me to cancel anywhere. Despite this, today another $49.99 has again been taken from the card by Famradar.
