FamRadar charged my card without my consent — how can I claim a refund?

If FamRadar makes an unexpected charge on your card, you can take the following steps to dispute it and protect yourself:

• Check your bank or card statement: verify the exact date and amount of the charge — if you don’t recognize the transaction, make a note of it.

• Gather evidence: take screenshots of your statement, any cancellation confirmations (if applicable), or emails/chats showing that you did not authorize the payment.

• Contact FamRadar about the unauthorized charge: send an email to their support team (or use their contact form) explaining what happened, attach your evidence, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.

• If they don’t respond or refuse to refund: file a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Many institutions allow you to request a “chargeback” for unauthorized or improper charges.
