FamRadar Apple Subscription Charged Without Service

On March 4th, 2026, I noticed a 2.99 charge related to FamRadar through my Apple account that I did not knowingly authorize and from which I did not receive the promised service. The subscription was supposed to provide certain features, but none of what was advertised was actually available to me. I tried to resolve this but could not find any contact number or clear support channel for FamRadar, which made it impossible for me to clarify the situation directly with the company. I request a full refund of the 2.99 taken via my Apple account and the immediate cancellation of any FamRadar-related subscription or recurring payment, along with confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account.
