I attempted to deposit ₹500 into my Parimatch account on April 18, 2026, using FamPay, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. In the FamPay application, the transaction is shown as completed, yet the funds have not been received in my Parimatch account. The transaction reference number provided is 610878687524, and my Parimatch account is registered with the mobile number 74154170**.
Despite waiting and seeking assistance, I have not received any clear response or resolution, and the deposit remains stuck in processing.
I request that this ₹500 deposit made via FamPay with transaction ID 610878687524 be urgently reviewed and either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my FamPay account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation regarding what caused this issue.
