If a FamPay transfer didn’t credit to your account but the money was deducted;

• Open the FamPay app and check the transaction status in History (failed, pending, or processing)
• Note the transaction ID, amount, date/time, and recipient details
• Take screenshots of the debit entry, transaction status, and any error messages

Contact FamPay support and explain that the transfer was debited but not credited;

• Provide your registered phone number, transaction ID, amount, date/time, and screenshots

Ask them to;

• Trace the transaction and confirm its current status
• Reverse the amount if the transfer failed
• Credit the funds if they are stuck in processing

If support does not reply or the issue remains unresolved;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report a FamPay transfer debited but not credited and request a refund or resolution
