Money Debited From FamPay But Not Credited

On 12 March 2026 at around 11:51 a.m., I attempted to recharge my Vi postpaid mobile number 7026682*** with an amount of ₹151 using my Fampay account. The amount of ₹151 was successfully debited from my Fampay balance, and the transaction appears as successful under the transaction ID FMPIB4835403281. However, despite the payment going through, the recharge has not been credited to my Vi postpaid number. I am currently in a situation where the money has been taken from my Fampay account, but the corresponding recharge has not been applied to my Vi number, and I have not received any service against this payment. I tried to reach out to customer support, but I have not received any response so far from either side. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the ₹151 either be immediately credited as a valid recharge to my Vi postpaid number or refunded back to my Fampay account linked to this transaction ID FMPIB4835403281. I also request written confirmation once the resolution has been completed.
