If FamPay deducted money but the payment failed and you want to claim a refund;

• Open the FamPay app and check the transaction status in History (failed or pending)
• Note the transaction ID, amount, date/time, and merchant or recipient details
• Take screenshots of the failed status and the debit entry from your FamPay balance or bank statement

Contact FamPay support and explain that the payment failed but money was deducted;

• Provide your registered mobile number, transaction ID, amount, date/time, and screenshots

Ask them to;

• Trace the failed transaction
• Reverse the deducted amount
• Confirm the expected refund timeline

If support does not reply or the refund is delayed;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report a failed FamPay payment with deducted funds and request a refund or resolution
