Parimatch UPI Deposit Via FamPay Not Credited

On 26 February, I made a deposit of ₹300 to my Parimatch account using UPI via Fampay. The amount was successfully deducted from my payment method, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. The transaction was completed under the reference/transaction ID 642383192328. Despite the successful deduction, my Parimatch balance has not been updated accordingly, and the funds are effectively stuck. I have not received any response from the Parimatch side regarding this issue. I request that this matter be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹300 to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
