FamPay Transaction Error

I am writing regarding a wrong UPI transfer that I made today through my Fampay app account. By mistake, I transferred ₹500 via UPI instead of sending it to the correct person, and the payment went to the wrong account. The transaction ID for this transfer is 646299257136.The bank or account on the receiving side does not seem to be working properly, and I am unable to contact them or coordinate any resolution from my side. Because of this, I am completely dependent on Fampay’s support to help me with this issue.I kindly request that Fampay urgently look into this wrong UPI transfer and, if possible, reverse the transaction or help me get a refund of the ₹500 that was sent to the wrong account. I also request to be informed about the steps taken and the status of this refund request.
