Fampay Payment Failure Issue

I made a deposit transaction of ₹500 to my Tashanwin account on 7 April at around 5:05 a.m. through my Fampay account. At the time of the transaction, I was informed that the amount would be deposited within 24 hours. However, even though 3 days have passed, the amount has still not been credited to my Tashanwin account. In my Fampay account, the payment is clearly shown as successful and completed, but in Tashanwin it appears as failed and the money is not available in my balance. I reported this transaction issue to Tashanwin, but I have not received any response so far. I request that this problem be resolved urgently and that the ₹500 either be credited correctly to my Tashanwin account or refunded back to my Fampay account as soon as possible.
