I Face FamPay Failed Transaction With $5 Not Refunded

I am writing regarding a failed transaction issue I experienced while using the FamPay app. On April 10, 2026, I attempted to make a payment through the app using UPI, but the transaction failed while the amount was still deducted from my account. For this failed transaction, ₹449 was debited from my FamPay UPI ID 93915709**@fam, even though the payment was not successfully completed. The transaction ID is FMPIB5117750836, and despite the failure, the money has not been refunded to my account.
After noticing this issue, I contacted FamPay support, but the problem remains unresolved, and I have still not received my money back. I request that the deducted amount of ₹449 from the failed transaction on April 10, 2026, with transaction ID FMPIB5117750836, be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
