I have been using the Fakir WD9 Pure Clean 3 in 1 Wet & Dry Cordless Vacuum for about 4 months, and since the very first day, its suction power has been very weak. I tried the product for both dry and wet cleaning, but because the suction is insufficient, all the dirt collects on the mop part after cleaning, and I have to do detailed cleaning every time. In addition, when water is spilled on the floor or when I use the machine in self-cleaning mode, it makes a “hor hor” noise but still does not fully pick up the water and dirt.
The extension accessory provided for reaching corners is overly flexible, making it completely useless for corner cleaning. I sent the product to service and also spoke with customer service, but they returned it saying “there is no issue with the product.” My problems continue, and I am not satisfied at all with the product’s overall performance.
