Unhappy with Fakir Inovater 7286xplus Vacuum

I recently bought the Fakir Inovater 7286xplus upright vacuum in the hopes of finding a dependable cleaning solution. However, the vacuum head does not make proper contact with the floor, and there is not a single positive review online. Even the one available review expresses dissatisfaction. When I made this purchase, I trusted the Fakir brand, but it turned out to be a major disappointment, leaving me eager to return it and get a lower model instead. My request for an exchange was, unfortunately, denied. I've read numerous positive reviews for the lower model, which adds to my disappointment because I ended up paying more for a product that fell short of my expectations. The vacuum head's inability to reach the edges of the floor is a constant source of frustration in my home, and it has turned the vacuum into an unwelcome guest.
