In 2023, I bought a Fakir taste n Joy brand toaster that only lasted a few uses before the green light in the temperature control section stopped working and the red light stayed on. This caused the grills to catch fire and the lock button to stop working. The turn dial also began to turn freely all the way around. I took it to the service center, where they said they fixed it, but it didn't work any better. Even though the green light was fixed and the grills were still burned, the turn dial was still turning freely, and the green light stopped working after a few uses. I took it back to the service center, but they didn't give it back to me for months. Customer service and the service center kept making me wait, and when it finally came, the grills were still burned, the lock was still broken, and the turn dial was stuck but still turned freely. The green light was mostly fixed, but I was sick of going to the service center and taking time off work to chase after this problem. The product had been in use for 4 months, but I had only used it 5 or 6 times since I bought it. Is it my fault that something brand new broke so quickly? Why wasn't I given a new one, or why weren't the parts fixed right? Did I get the money off the ground? I bought this item for 1400 lira. How can they say that it's right to put people through so much trouble? In the end, they just say, "Oh well," and don't even apologize. I looked at the original machine in the store, and the dial didn't turn freely as mine does. Instead, it made a clicking sound and moved millimeter by millimeter. But they say they fixed the factory problem with my machine and sent it back to me as a favor. I told Fakir's customer service what was going on, but no one cared. I'm not going to forgive them, and no one even bothered to get in touch with me. I really feel bad about it.
