Fakir Stand Mixer Elevator Latch Totally Broke, Fix Is Awaiting


just wanted to drop a line to say how sorry and even agry I am about the Fakir stand mixer I bought. buying it, within a week of using it, the elevator latch totally broke. So, we went to the tech service center, but wasn't expecting the lengthiest fix ever, they've been dragging their feet on getting us that replacement part for, like, a whole year. They've totally shown zero interest and professionalism. Right now, the machine I bought is totally useless. Fakir isn't backing up their products at all, we asked the company for the replacement part, but they totally dropped the ball and didn't deliver it. they were like, "I'm gonna file a complaint against the company." bought a Fakir product thinking it would be top-notch and that their customer service would be on point. it's on point of being the worst.
