For about a week now, every time I run my Fakir RS 770 robot vacuum, it makes a different sound than usual and does not transfer the dust it collects into the dust container. The issue occurs consistently with every use. So far, I have not contacted any service center or customer support. I purchased the product from Vatan Bilgisayar, but I do not have the order or invoice number. I am also not sure about the warranty status. I live in Yunusemre, Manisa.
