Fakir RS 770 Robot Vacuum Mopping Feature Malfunction After a Week

I just bought the Fakir RS 770 robot vacuum, which has a mopping feature. Unfortunately, the mopping feature isn't working as expected. I've only had it for a week, and I'm not sure what to do next. Is there a problem with the mop, or am I missing something in the setup? I need help right away because I don't want my money to go to waste. The robot vacuum works fine, but getting the mopping function to work is hard. I'm having a hard time getting in touch with customer service. I would appreciate either a refund or a replacement unit that works. Let's be sure my hard-earned money doesn't go down the drain.
