Fakir S770 Robot Vacuum Failed Twice Within Warranty, No Replacement

I sent my Fakir S770 robot vacuum, which had the same problem twice within a month, for a replacement under warranty. It's been 1.5 months, and they haven't returned it to me. They missed the legal deadline, and now my money has gone to waste. I regret doing business with them, and I hope they stop selling in Turkey to prevent others from experiencing the same. Many brands obviously victimize their customers in this way, but I wouldn't expect it from Fakir. Although it is not a very luxurious brand, it has been on the market for years and has been doing this business for years, we are talking about a brand with an established service network and a network of dealers. I am astonished.
