My Faceit Account Banned for Smurfing Despite Low-Level Stats

On November 10, 2025, at around 22:00, my Faceit account with the username SM4SHH60 was banned for one month on the grounds of “smurfing.” However, I believe this ban is unjustified. The stated reason is smurfing, yet my other account is only Faceit level 4, and my main account is also between levels 4 and 5. If I were truly a smurf, my other account would be significantly higher in level. For this reason, I believe the ban was applied unfairly.
During the ban period, I did not use any other Faceit account, and I fully complied with all rules. I also have an active Premium membership on my account. My only expectation at this point is to regain access to my account. I request that this unjust ban be lifted.
