I Can’t Access My Faceit Email and My Support Ticket Has Been Ignored for Months

I’ve been locked out of my Faceit account because I can’t access the email address linked to it, and despite submitting a ticket months ago to request an email change, I have received no response at all. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I’ve provided all the required information to prove my identity and ownership of the account, yet Faceit support has completely ignored my request.
This is a major issue for me because I don’t want to start over with a new Steam account just to use Faceit again. I’ve invested time and effort into my current account, and it’s incredibly unfair that I can’t even get a basic support response. All I’m asking is for someone to review my ticket and help restore access to my account by updating the email address.
Faceit, please take this seriously and respond to my ticket. Ignoring your users for months is not acceptable, especially when account access is at stake. This needs to be resolved now.
