Last night, I accidentally deactivated my Faceit account, and ever since then, I’ve been trying to get it reactivated—but no luck. The issue started when I failed to verify my identity, and now I’m completely locked out. I submitted a support ticket (Ticket #7825592) and included all the necessary details, but it’s been radio silence from your side. No email responses, no updates, nothing.
My account username is -Wezy, and I urgently need access restored. This is extremely frustrating—Faceit offers no live chat or real-time support, and it’s unacceptable to leave users waiting indefinitely over something that could be easily resolved.
I’m asking Faceit to please review my ticket, verify my identity manually if needed, and reactivate my account as soon as possible. I’ve done my part, now I need Faceit to do theirs. Please don’t leave your users in the dark.
